Xi Mei Zhen was taken out of the Dingyuan SWI and placed with a family where the father works in a local salt factory and the mother is a house wife. This program is facilitated by Love Without Boundaries Angels Among Us foster care. Zhen is doing well with the family and can stand alone & walk while holding hands. Isn't she beautiful?
