PS- The cards we sent with everyone's signature and a group photo were hung in the hospital room to let them know there were children halfway around the world who cared for them!

Together, these girls made a little girl's wish come true! Lexie and her friends raised $400 at a party celebrating her 8th birthday on May 8th. Cheng Fu Xi will undergo surgery to repair her cleft lip later in May through Love Without Boundaries. $350 is needed for this type of surgery in China. With the excess, Lexie decided to purchase 2 stainless steel "safe" cribs. She then took the birthday money she received from relatives and purchased gifts so all 50 surgery patients would have something to comfort them during their hospital stay.

The money Michela and her friends raised to provide nutrition went to Cheng Fu Xi's orphanage. This extra nutrition will certainly help with her recovery!
